hello emulis,

Should work fine. I had a chance recently to test \"his more consumer brother\" sony hdr-hc1. Results were amazing! My expectations were much not so positive because of some sony models wich have too long MFD (minimum focusing distance). MFD is one main thing that matters here anyway. If Your camcorder has short MFD then You can say Your camera works with indie35 adapters. Hdr-fx1 has MFD something like 54mm(based on web). Indie35 supports up to 100mm fine.
Another problem is LCD flipping. I couldn\'t flip image on hdr-hc1. So it means You might find external LCD monitor useful here.
