 is it possible to mount the indie35 on a 37mm camera?
or can i use a simple 37mm to 43mm adapter?
are there any quality problems width hdv?

You can use stepdown ring for mounting or order custom mount for 37mm. Custom mount will be about the same price as by our qty products.
We working on HD version right now. I hope it will be ready very soon.
